Nice apartment, has marvellous setting just next door to the city walls and the central area with immediate external access so very easy to get luggage into and the old town. Looking forward to my next fantastic stay in this property in medieval town.

For dads, it would be great if there were some additional children's activities or games available within the apartment.

The decoration at Casa Bardi was simply delightful, showcasing the perfect blend of traditional Tuscan style and modern comfort. The hotel's common areas were exquisitely adorned with beautiful artwork and tasteful furnishings that added to the overall charm of the place. As a senior woman, I especially appreciated the attention to accessibility throughout the hotel, with easy-to-navigate hallways and comfortable seating areas that provided a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.

It would have been even better if there were additional handrails and non-slip mats in the shower areas, ensuring a safer bathing experience for senior guests. Although the children working there were polite and helpful, it could have been more beneficial to have staff members who were specifically trained to cater to the needs of older travelers, offering assistance with luggage or providing recommendations for activities that are suitable for seniors.
